I am currently accepting clients. You know how sometimes you start out your life and think you know how it will go…and then it doesn’t. Sometimes that is when therapy and understanding yourself in a new way can be the most helpful.

I offer therapy services in English and Spanish. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults dealing with various challenges from daily stressors to anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, and complex trauma. I offer a multicultural approach to help create a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth.

I have always been fascinated by human behavior and the human condition. I would like to specialize in neurodiversity, complex trauma, and self-esteem. I am a firm believer in creating accommodations and striving for self-compassion and acceptance. I believe that we as humans are wired for connection. At times unhealthy relationships are all we know. I enjoy working with couples as I believe that making a commitment to another human is one of the most vulnerable things we do in our lives. I strive to help my clients and couples develop a strong sense of self to foster healthy, reliable, and trustworthy relationships.

Feeling self-conscious, restless, and intimidated in the therapy office? Community-based Adventure Therapy may be right for you! I offer to meet you at home, in nature, or wherever is most convenient and conducive to emotional healing. An indoor office space and teletherapy are also available as needed. I specialize in working with young women, families, couples, and LGBTQIA2S+ identified people, especially regarding identity struggles and building healthier relationships with self and others.

Working as a collaborative team of Equine Specialist, Mental Health provider, and horse…we will walk along side you through your pain, not “examining” or “analyzing” what is happening, but rather, being with you. Horses have worked alongside humans for many generations, allowing them to become especially attuned to emotions and nonverbal signals and responding accordingly.

Katie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington. She enjoys serving adult individuals (age 18+) throughout life transitions, including anxiety, depression, self-care, stress reduction, communication, life-limiting illnesses, end-of-life transitions, disability, trauma, and grief and loss. She is an LGTBQ+ ally, and also enjoys working with neurodivergent adults, BIPOC, first responders, and healthcare workers. When Katie isn't working, she enjoys snow and sun, traveling, hiking, camping, XC skiing, and hanging out with her 3 dogs.

I have worked primarily with clients who are suicidal and self harming with BPD. I have also worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, couples therapy, adolescent populations, addiction issues as well as LGBTQ issues. I also helped many people who have experienced loss, physical trauma, emotional abuse and complex PTSD. My therapy style is warm, interactive, and non-judgmental. I have an irreverent attitude that allows for an accepting atmosphere. I believe in treating all people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

Patrick Ficke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Mexico. He graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. He has since obtained a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has begun working on his doctorate in Psychology.

My passion and motivation is to help people become the best versions of themselves. Life experiences and circumstances can be challenging to overcome and deal with. I am compassionate about fostering positive mental health in children, adolescents, young adults, and couples. My focus is addressing issues such as identity exploration, trauma, life transitions, relationship dynamics, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to support you in processing and healing through what is needed for you to heal and grow into your best self.

My focus is on supporting the healing and growth of children. Children are a vulnerable population and do not always have the means to succeed. Clients may come in with anxiety, depression, issues regulating emotions, emotional outbursts. These issues can occur in all environments and impact a child's functioning. Childhood trauma can have a negative impact on development and the ultimate success of a child's future. Not all trauma leaves physical effects but can also leave emotional effects. Children can be left with challenges building relationships, understanding themselves, regulating and functioning overall.

I have been in practice for many years and have been helping people manage many personal problems. I specialize in helping medical professionals. I believe in giving people respect, support and help in understanding life's challenges. Depression and anxiety are the most common problems I see, wrapped in the context of many life changes, disappointments and traumas. Feel free to ask about specific issues. Diagnoses - developed in order for mental health professionals to be included in insurance; they are averages, not personal identities. Diagnoses are over-used, in my opinion - they have some relevance - they don't define a person.

I have been providing therapy for almost 3 decades. I have developed programs, provided crisis mediation, and investigated abuse against individuals and facilities. I have worked with persons of all ages, including persons with disabilities, and those who have suffered various types of trauma and hardships. I have a broad range of knowledge and therapeutic skills. I will work with you wherever you are on your journey. I provide a safe place to cope with issues and discover insights into yourself.
