I work with individuals and couples of all ages, backgrounds, and sexual orientations, treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, eating disorders, couples in crisis, professional dilemmas, parenting issues and more. My ideal client is mid 30's to early 60's. These are people in life transitions, whether career, relationship or soul searching. Probably experiencing stress and anxiety or self doubt. Want to follow their hearts, interests and talents so that they can fulfill themselves in life, love, work and relationships. They want to modify or completely change careers, friends or leave an unrewarding relationship. They're looking for help in growing beyond an impasse while wanting to develop to the next level in their lives. They need compassion and clear but kind guidance to move forward.

I am a School Psychologist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked with diverse clientele from many cultural, religious, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. Adrienne is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R) practicing psychotherapy and providing clinical consultation in New York, New Jersey, Nebraska, and Florida. She is a warm, attentive therapist who works with you to determine your individual needs and goals and to help you move toward finding clarity, healing, and happiness. Adrienne’s interest in counseling began as a volunteer on The Trevor Project’s suicide prevention and crisis intervention lifeline. Her early career focused on working with LGBTQIA+ youth at The Ali Forney Center before transitioning to an outpatient hospital clinic for adolescents and adults with HIV/AIDS.
