I use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitve Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and Narrative Therapy exercises, with an attention to Adult Attachment styles in relationships.
I am adept at highlighting client strengths and resiliencies, and helping folks towards simple perspective shifts that can be transformative. Together we can explore what is holding you back, in a safe and compassionate environment that is focused on your growth.
