I work with individuals and couples from a systemic, client focused and strength-based perspective. I have worked with individuals with an array of issues as well including life transitions, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief and loss, as well as trauma. I particularly enjoy assisting clients on the autism spectrum, people with their anxiety, and couples with sexual intimacy issues. I utilize CBT, narrative therapy and solution focused aspects. I also offer supervision for MFTs.

Our treatment team works with clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, we draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I offer Online Therapy. I have worked in community mental health centers, school counseling and private practice in California, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I provide a safe space to treat various issues for adults 18 and over via videoconference. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, yet incorporate other approaches depending on my clients needs. I view therapy as a collaborative experience with my clients whom I walk beside and support during our process together. I assist my clients to focus on their personal therapy goals and provide the tools and encouragement to facilitate positive change and personal empowerment.
