I offer Online Therapy. I have worked in community mental health centers, school counseling and private practice in California, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I provide a safe space to treat various issues for adults 18 and over via videoconference. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, yet incorporate other approaches depending on my clients needs. I view therapy as a collaborative experience with my clients whom I walk beside and support during our process together. I assist my clients to focus on their personal therapy goals and provide the tools and encouragement to facilitate positive change and personal empowerment.
I am experienced in a variety of treatment issues such as anxiety and depression, emotional and behavioral problems as well as difficult life transitions. I enjoy the process, depth and therapeutic relationship with people of all ages.
I have over twenty five years experience exploring spiritual growth and personal transformation. I welcome those who choose to bring their desire to explore their spiritual selves. I embrace the notion that our lives are meaningful journeys and our challenges, obstacles and shortcomings push us, sometimes painfully, to bloom into our most authentic selves.
