I offer an open and nonjudgmental space for clients to discuss their challenges for the purpose of resolution. I have spent the last 12 years working in the child welfare system resulting in extensive experience working with children, families and the juvenile justice system. I am also experienced in working with various populations, including interracial families, those who identify as LGBTQ+/SOGIE, and multicultural families.

I love children, and especially appreciate the opportunity to work with young children and their parents. I believe that when a child is struggling with some type of emotional or behavioral issue, it is important for them to have a safe place to discuss their concerns and feel that they have someone "on their side." My office is filled with toys and art projects to help any child feel safe and comfortable.

I am an art therapist and licensed mental health therapist. I have been practicing therapy for over 30 years, working together to effectively support interpersonal and relational treatment goals through active art-making and utilizing the creative process as well as the more traditional talk therapies.
