My goal is to individualize your plan, based on your unique needs, and to utilize effective therapies to create lasting change. My experience includes working with individuals (10 years throughout adulthood), families, and couples, who may experience difficulties with trauma, depression, anxiety, family/relational stressors, mood disorders, and more.
