I’m not only good at providing my clients with a listening ear in times of need and skills to better help them navigate these challenges, but I also really enjoy doing it. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, to feel that their struggles and challenges are valid and to know that they are not alone. During my time working in the mental health field, I’ve gained valuable skills in communication, understanding, and patience that I bring to every session.
I have assisted individuals with processing through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, life changes, trauma and PTSD. I want to work with you to find ways to overcome these, to provide valuable knowledge and education, tools to utilize on your own and a listening ear. I’m motivated by creating a comfortable and safe environment when meeting with
my clients and their families. I have worked with individuals, groups and families in both office and community-based settings.
