I work with women who clock everything. The room, the subtext, the thing nobody said out loud. Capable, efficient women who are done pretending that's enough. I work with the grown-ass men who love those women and are actually doing their own work, not just nodding along and waiting it out. And I work with couples who are ready to learn something new and do something different, not kick the can down the road one more year and call it fine. How do I practice? Direct, honest, and strategic. No affirmations. No neutral. No worksheets. No BS. You'll name what's happening, see who you become when you change it, and get a real way there.
MS, LIMHP, LIPC, CST, PMH-C. 15+ years in. Certified in enough areas to lose count. And yes, the letters show I know the material but its the living it that adds flavor. I am fluent in grief, reinvention, and relationship gymnastics. Blended family, six kids of my own, crazy about all of them, and at any given moment at least one is not so crazy about me.
