My expertise in counseling active duty service members to include special forces soldiers and their families along with veterans have given me the confidence in addressing your specific mental health needs. My treatment approaches are eclectic as everyone has different needs. My approach includes CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, family systems, solution focused, client-centered as well as other evidenced based therapeutic practices.
