When you feel like your world is falling apart the last thing you want to do is wait for someone to fit you in. Appointments are available within the week for most clients. Telehealth sessions available anytime, day or night, either by phone or a HIPAA-compliant video platform. In-person visits available in my Spring Lake office during early morning and daytime hours. Your concerns will be addressed in a manner that is friendly and comfortable, and suited specifically to your needs. You can schedule an intake session with me online through the websites for Sondermind or Headway, depending on your insurance coverage.
Using an approach that allows for genuine conversation and gets rid of "traditional" counseling stereotypes, we can work together to come up with ways to address your struggles. To make it easier on you, I submit my own claims for Tricare and BCBS, provide superbills, and charge some of the lowest cash rates in the area for those not using insurance.
I specialize in working with military-connected clients, first responders, and athletes. Those lifestyles are unique in their own way and require providers to have training and an awareness of the challenges faced by those individuals and their families. Additionally, the availability of 24/7 telehealth sessions can accommodate their unique schedules.
