I provide individual and couples counseling in downtown Mebane, NC. My intention is serve as a listening ear and to help you find solutions to things that arise in life. I see adolescents and adults. For adolescent clients, family involvement in the counseling process is required. I also provide online clinical supervision services to provisionally licensed counselors in NC.

Sometimes things in life are difficult to understand and navigate. Are you experiencing overwhelm and stress? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience, and work with teens (13 and older) and adults with general mental health concerns, life stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have extensive experience in vocational counseling and provide support for career changes as well.

We all want to live peaceful, productive and happy lives. We long for the company of family and friends, the comfort of loving relationships and the security of a safe, peaceful and prosperous world. But the wear and tear of life can create emotional, spiritual and psychological challenges. Much of what we experience in life is influenced by the lenses through which we view our world. I believe that people have all they need to address the problems they face. My task is to help them find those resources, skills, and talents that reside within and apply them in ways that will enable the individual to live their best life.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community herself, she understands the social & mental challenges that come with being part of the community on both a personal & professional level. This allows Jess to provide her clients the support they need while navigating life transitions with an unbiased & non-judgmental mindset.
