The approach that I use is one to help ensure that you learn practical tools that you can apply outside the office to assist you on your growth journey. I believe that every person has within them everything they need to grow and learn in life. Through discovering what works best for you, therapy can move you to approach self-healing and move in a positive direction.
My counseling specialties include an integrative approach with the utilization of cognitive behavioral, play therapy techniques, as well as using the systemic approach with families. I have received training in Child and Teen EMDR, Natural Flow EMDR as well as other models. I enjoy working with all ages and tailor the skills to best meet your needs.
My practice is a space where you will have the room to explore struggles, establish goals, and express yourself in a safe environment.
