In my sessions, I use a client-centered approach to provide you with tools to reduce the pressures of life and achieve your personal goals. I enjoy counseling teens and young adults who are navigating growing up and becoming independent. I also enjoy working with those who have "more life experience." I too have gone through raising children, having them leave home and then finding your new purpose.

I work with individuals ages 13 and up, Families, Couples, Dual Diagnosis, Addictions, Mood Disorders, Life Transitions, Trauma, Grief, Parenting Issues, MH/SA Assessments. I also offer clinical supervision for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and Substance Abuse Professionals.

Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from GardnerWebb University with a Master's and Education Specialist degree (MA/EdS) in Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie approaches the counseling relationship with a genuine intent to understand individual needs as she collaborates with clients to generate goals for life changes. She views therapy as an opportunity for people to learn more about themselves and their role in the context of relationships.

Life stories are all unique and creative. These stories are a chapter (individuals) of a book (family) so I work with kids and adults. Each reflects why our role here is so important but with this story comes challenges which create emotions; emotions that can hurt yet make us feel alive. My hope is travel back through your story whether young or older with you. My playroom is a place where a child 3+ can use play to work through everything from daily living to focus/attention issues to traumas. Depending on the age of the child or adult it can impact how we journey through their story and what modality it needs to express itself.

Pamela Feuerstein is the Clinical Site Director for LifeStance Health in Mooresville, NC. Pamela has been working in the mental health field since 2008. She completed a Master's in Social Work from Kean University in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 2012 and continued on to achieve her clinical social work license (LCSW) in 2015. Pamela primarily uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies and Dialectical Behavior skills to inform her practice, working with conditions such as depression, anxiety and co-occurring disorders. Pamela has worked with all ages in both outpatient and higher level of care settings.

I feel that adolescents have their entire future in front of them, and it is the most opportune time to learn positive thinking patterns, coping skills, and life strategies. Teenagers are at a pivotal point in their lives, facing many large life decisions. Having a neutral person to be open with in life is invaluable. I have worked with clients through many challenges such as (not limited to) depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, grief, self-harm, self-esteem, sexual identity, school struggles, behavioral/impulse challenges, and anger management.

Caroline earned her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Catawba College and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina with two years of experience in School-Based therapy. Caroline works with children, adolescents, and their parents through a CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused lens to provide clients with the tools to take control of their own life. In Caroline's free time, she enjoys spending time coaching softball as well as watching her fiancé coach baseball and spending time with her family and friends.

Cynthia Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with more than five years of clinical experience. Cynthia earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Webster University in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Cynthia believes that therapy can only be successful if a strong therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client is established and maintained. She adopts a person-centered approach, retaining a nonjudgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard. Cynthia handles treatment in a collaborative and holistic manner, using a variety of modalities.
