In my sessions, I use a client-centered approach to provide you with tools to reduce the pressures of life and achieve your personal goals. I enjoy counseling teens and young adults who are navigating growing up and becoming independent. I also enjoy working with those who have "more life experience." I too have gone through raising children, having them leave home and then finding your new purpose.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a special education teacher and a school counselor. In session, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I provide a comfortable and safe environment where clients recognize their strengths and reach their potential. I look forward to helping you be the best version of you!
