I’m a therapist who works with smart, self-aware individuals who feel overwhelmed by their past - and exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Many of my clients are high-achieving and self-critical, but underneath the surface, they’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I especially enjoy working with women and moms navigating motherhood and relational/trauma issues. My clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, and late-identified autism/ADHD. I'm a certified EMDR therapist and integrate body-based skills and executive-function supports into care.

I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, anxiety therapy, inner child work, attachment, brain-based healing, and neurodivergent-affirming care that’s compassionate, down-to-earth, and effective.
