I have experience working with clients with trauma, OCD, depression, anxiety, and difficulty living under oppression. I am passionate about working with clients who need their identities embraced and empowered by the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as their families to find ways to best support them. Clients from all walks of life seeking change and understanding find themselves in my office. Here they have a nonjudgmental space to explore their pasts to find resolution, work through daily stressors, and search for meaning.
I am trained in EMDR, ERP, and TF-CBT. I provide trauma-competent care to clients who fear their pasts are "too much." I embrace my clients where they are at and believe they are capable of growth. I provide a supportive space to explore how to make effective changes to improve quality of life.
Seeking a therapist is a difficult decision. Especially for queer clients it can be so challenging in this state to feel safe even just exploring therapy options. When you are ready, you will know, and when that time comes, you are more than welcome to share my space. I look forward to meeting you!

"
ERP is the number one treatment for clients with OCD. Often the idea of exposure therapy can be frightening but I enjoy taking it at the client's pace to ensure positive, effective results. It might be scary, but you are already living in fear, and through this therapy we can see a drastic reduction in your fear, and increase the time spent enjoying life instead of avoiding it.
