Welcome! I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find healing and growth. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can comfortably explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Everyone has within them the capacity for self-healing and transformation. I work with individuals struggling with anxious thoughts, feelings of sadness and hopelessness, traumatic memories, and family conflicts. My approach is empathetic, creative, humorous, and collaborative. Therapy is a partnership; together, we will work towards your goals and understand your true self on a deeper level.

Cathy McNally is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her MSW as well as an MPH from the University of California at Berkeley. She treats adults (preferably age 22 and up) and has well over three decades of experience as a clinician in a variety of different settings. She specializes in treating adults with anxiety, depression, chronic and acute illness, infertility, pregnancy loss, grief and loss issues and challenges related to geriatrics and aging.

For over 15 years, I've worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in various capacities, including as a psychotherapist with individual and couples as well as working as part of community-based teams. I have experience helping children, adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorder and schizophrenia. I also enjoy working with individuals who are simply looking to understand themselves better.

Darrell J. Carson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2016. He has an MS from Thomas Jefferson University, a BA from Temple University, and an AA from Community College of Philadelphia. While Darrell leans towards a systemic approach which aims to encompass many facets of a client's life, he pulls techniques from various treatment methods based on what the client needs and what resonates most with them.

Jilda is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. She received her BS in Education from Penn State, her MS in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and her PHD in Educational Psychology from Temple University. She has 13 years of experience as a Nurse Educator and 30 years of experience as both a psychiatric and obstetrical nurse prior to beginning her career as a psychotherapist. She has been practicing as a therapist since 1978.

Sharon Cuff is a licensed professional counselor who has been providing therapy for over 20 years. She currently works with adults, to help them manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression. She uses various and individualized treatment modalities, which are tailored to address the needs of each client. Therapy results in understanding a diagnosis and learning ways to relieve and overcome the symptoms. Clients also use appointments to unpack old issues, get beyond the pain of a broken relationship, manage grief, talk out problems and determine solutions.

Alyssa C. Lopez is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2019. She obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata and also holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph's University. Alyssa approaches mental wellbeing from a holistic perspective, integrating aspects of healing the mind, body, and spirit. She offers a compassionate look at the foundational beliefs about yourself and the world that contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, obsessions, and reactivity, and help to realign these beliefs to get "unstuck" from old patterns.

Marjorie (Marge) Rubin is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1999 from Immaculata University and has been working as a therapist for more than 20 years in outpatient as well as in partial hospital settings. Prior to studying psychology, Marge was a teacher of Special Education and Middle School students and she brings this experience and expertise into her work; especially with children, adolescents, and parents. Marge advocates a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy and is a certified Gestalt Therapist.
