I have worked in Mental Health for over 24 years, and I am passionate about empowering my clients. I have experience working with individuals and families through all stages of life. I particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQ community and senior citizens.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2004. I began this journey working as a community mentor for children. Since that time, I have had many different roles. I have worked providing specialized services to children and families, been a lead clinician, and provided school based care before jumping into the private practice realm. My heart lies in helping people reach their full potential! Through working with diverse ages and client populations, I have learned that each person and system are unique.

I love seeing adult individuals, couples, and those having relational and sexual issues. Each of us deserves a life of love, connection and passion. I’d love to help you obtain yours! Jennifer Richard, LCPC As a therapist, my job is to provide a safe and open environment in which to share. I work with individuals and have experience assisting couples. I work primarily with persons needing help exploring anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, first responder, and military. I also see clients who have personality disorders and associated symptoms. I try to set a relaxed environment surrounded by understanding and non-judgement. Clients have commented about the ease in which I communicate and bring about a sense of comfort in discussion.

Rachelle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana and North Dakota. Rachelle received her Master of Science degree in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling in 2011. Since, she has augmented her experiences and specialties to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and has completed doctoral training in Forensic Psychology. Rachelle is passionate about her work, and aims to provide individualized quality care from a client centered perspective.

I believe the most important relationship we have in this life is with ourselves. Therapy can offer us a deeper understanding and connection with ourselves. Learning to love ourselves is a difficult process and is also very transformative and healing. I was born and raised in southeastern Montana, lived in Seattle for fifteen years, and returned to be closer to family. I am a survivor of trauma, have worked as a special education teacher in Seattle for thirteen years, and have worked as a Licensed Psychotherapist and Licensed Addictions Counselor in Billings since 2004. My passions are Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), people with special needs, grief/loss, the elderly, veterans, and helping people in crisis in general.
