Life can be incredibly overwhelming. You find yourself struggling to get out of bed each morning, only to be met with a sense of dread and irritability as you try to move through your day. I help individuals who are struggling with finding the “why” in their day to day life move from a place of being critical toward how they're responding to the world around them, to a place of curiosity, so we can begin to truly understand the barriers preventing them from living the life they want to live, confidently and authentically.
My clients experience change over time in therapy, not just in their overall mood and perception of the world, but in their relationships, their outlook, and how they feel about themselves. My intention is not to come in and tell you how to live or what to believe, but rather create a safe space for you to explore what those things mean to you.
