Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Interventions
This group will explore, teach and encourage the application of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness based skills in a variety of day to day situations to address recovery needs in the area of violence intervention and substance abuse. Coping skills, emotional regulation, reframing cognitions and managing behavior are highlighted throughout the course. Distress tolerance and mindlfulness based practices are supported. This is a group designed to support those with addictions, anxiety disorders, trauma history, depression and adjustment disorders to assist in management of distress. The location and days and times vary on population and client makeup at any given time. Please call for more information.

Sexual Behavior Intervention
Trauma informed sexual behavior intervention and abuse prevention skills for those with identified needs using cognitive behavioral principles. Services to address the needs of those who are both Court referred and self referred to address compulsive sexual behaviors or sexually abusive behavior. Groups are held in Billings each week. Programs are offered based on standards supported by MSOTA and ATSA guidelines. Psychosexual evaluations performed for risk assessment and treatment guidance. MSOTA/ATSA Clinical Member
