I am a licensed graduate social worker in the state of Minnesota and have been practicing since 2020. I completed my Master of Social Work Degree in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Minnesota and have experience providing individual and family therapy in community-based, school, and clinical settings. I approach therapy from a holistic, collaborative, supportive, and person-centered approach, with focus on increasing the awareness of self. I am interested in exploring and deepening understanding of how your past affects your present life, your relationships with yourself and others.

She strives to facilitate an environment in which clients are comfortable opening up about their life experiences and exploring avenues for healing. Cassidy works collaboratively with clients to explore and build strengths, while navigating life difficulties.

Tonya is a Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been practicing since 2011. She completed her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Mary's and her Marriage and Family Certification from St. Thomas University. She has been licensed through the state of Minnesota as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011. She is an Approved Supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Nathan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has completed his Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Taylor University. Nathan enjoys working with individuals, families, and adolescents. He has several years of experience providing in-home skills and therapy services as well as outpatient services to individuals, children, adolescents. He utilizes a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating mind, body, and soul care.

Kara received her Master of Social Work Degree from St. Cloud State University in 2015. She recently was working or PrairieCare as an inpatient social worker, co-located therapist at a pediatric clinic and supervisor through PrairieCare for the past 5 years. She worked with pediatricians and psychiatrist to create a collaborative approach for patients as well as finding resources that were best for the family as well as specializing in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Anger.

Lisa is a professional counselor who works to meet her clients where they are on their journey. She utilizes a holistic and client centered approach to collaborate on effective plans in a safe and non-judgmental space. Lisa enjoys working with people of all ages and has diverse experience working with individuals from all walks of life. She has experience helping clients to navigate life transitions, relationship difficulties, self "“esteem issues, trauma, anxiety, and mood related conditions.

Kelli is passionate about helping clients heal and discover their intrinsic worth as human beings, and has a special heart for middle- and high-school girls. She encourages her clients to pursue wellness in all areas of health, including physical and spiritual as well as emotional.

My goal is to provide a safe and empowering environment for clients to share problems and stressors. Since 2008, I have worked with clients struggling with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, co-occurring disorders, family strain, low self-esteem/confidence, audism, isolation, and communication barriers.

John Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he has been working in the field since 2008. He completed his undergrad at Bethel University and his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. John is an Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow with The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Board Approved Supervisor with the BMFT and BBHT in Minnesota. John brings a trauma-informed perspective to his counseling work and is passionate about helping youth and families achieve their greatest potential.
