Cassidy’s goal when working with her clients is to create a safe, compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Cassidy works with all clients ages six and up, but she has a very strong background in working with children and adolescents. Cassidy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, mindfulness techniques, play therapy, and aspects of art therapy into her work with clients.
