As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in treating Trauma, PTSD, OCD, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression & Bipolar Disorder. I am a Level II Certified EMDR therapist, treating complex trauma & PTSD. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) & Family Systems trained therapist, I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization & Reprocessing, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Psychodrama, Attachment-Focused Therapy and other therapies to my clients find healing.
I have been treating adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families for over 22 years. I strive to demonstrate compassion, empathy and strength as I walk with my clients as they courageously face the unexpected trials of life.
Clients find themselves heard, accepted, and at ease in an environment that gives them the ability to face the problems that led them to seek counseling without feeling judgment or criticism. I see counseling as an amazing journey and collaborative process where I partner with my clients to determine their goals and find ways to achieve them.
