As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I specialize in treating Trauma, PTSD, OCD, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression & Bipolar Disorder. I am a Level II Certified EMDR therapist, treating complex trauma & PTSD. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) & Family Systems trained therapist, I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization & Reprocessing, Brainspotting, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Psychodrama, Attachment-Focused Therapy and other therapies to my clients find healing.
I have been treating adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families for over 25 years. I strive to demonstrate compassion, empathy and strength as I walk with my clients as they courageously face the unexpected trials of life.
