I work to empower individuals toward a balance of interpersonal autonomy & self-advocacy embracing their world. My doctoral research & experiences supported a framework with diverse populations dealing with: depression, anxiety, identity issues, trauma, self-esteem, life-transitions, and most of all family conflict.
