I help my clients understand why they respond the way they do, and how to respond differently. I specialize in trauma, and trauma-based patterns. I'm also comfortable working with people who are neurodivergent. Single parent struggle? I can help with that too! I've helped with self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, anxiety, anger, and other emotional, relational, and behavioral issues.
I am certified in TFCBT. I also use a variety of other psychotherapy techniques, including interventions based in DBT, mindfulness, IFS, play therapy, and PCIT. As a licensed clinical social worker, I'm committed to providing quality care to all patient populations. I'm LGBTQ+ and alternative family structure friendly.
