My primary goal as an effective clinician is to work with compassion and drive to help individuals find solutions to life’s struggles while improving their interpersonal relationships and encouraging self-actualization. As a master’s level clinician, I work in a private practice where I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I also have experience with mood disorders and disorganized eating . My education gave me opportunities to work with and provide treatment plans and support for various struggles, such as bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and sexual trauma.
I believe it is imperative to build rapport with clients in order to ensure therapy is successful in its goals; this is with the establishment of a healthy therapeutic relationship.
