Life is full of transitions, and can often become overwhelming when struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, identity problems, and/or relationship stress. I primarily specialize in working with late-adolescent to adult males struggling to navigate a successful future - one that often times becomes murky through these types of lenses.
I partner with each client to create a collaborative environment in an effort to work towards envisioning an improved future. As a therapist, I help the client recognize their strengths and draw on personal acceptance and self-knowledge to develop strategies to cope with life's challenges.
Often, a fear of taking risks can inhibit one's ability to make change. Together, we will work towards developing a strategy for you to overcome, adapt, and eventually flourish in the face of adversity.
