We've made it to Fall! I sure can't believe that we are on the downhill slide of 2024. This is my favorite time of year but every time of year is a fine time to start therapy. I'm Mariah Hergott and I primarily work with adults, providing individual and/or couples therapy. I've worked with many areas of therapy giving me a great deal of experience. Some examples are depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, phase of life adjustments, stress and anger management, postpartum concerns, communication, mood disorders and more. In addition to therapy, I also complete Bariatric Assessments and Substance Use Evaluations.
