Hi there, I'm Mariah Hergott, LIMHP, LADC. When did the end of 2025 sneak up on us? You may have new or just continued stress/concerns that have you looking for a therapist. I'm glad you're here checking us all out and I hope you find what you're looking for.
I work with adults, providing individual and/or couples therapy. I've worked with many areas of concern for therapy such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, phase of life adjustments, stress and anger management, postpartum concerns, communication in relationships, mood disorders and more.
I also complete Substance Use Evaluations and Bariatric Assessments.
I'm so passionate about therapy and I enjoy my work so much. There are so many goals across so many different people and I'm a firm believer that there is nothing that can't be tackled if you have someone in your corner. To do that, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that are tailored specifically to you, your needs and goals.
Starting therapy can be hard and a little nerve-racking; after all, it's something new. I love getting questions thrown my way and enjoy walking new clients through the process at a pace that works for them.
