My ideal client may need help with confidence, relationships, or learning who they are. They aim to reduce symptoms of clinical diagnoses and work with me to see progress in their lives. This client would want to learn more about themselves and improve their relationships with others and with themselves. They would be a motivated and insightful client who attends sessions regularly and comes prepared with topics to discuss. I would help this client by listening to them and their thoughts, offering support, and building a rapport with them.

I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in understanding relationships, both with yourself and with others. I graduated from a psychology doctoral program in 2004 and have worked at psychiatric and health rehabilitation hospitals, community mental health center, and long term care facilities, treating adolescents, adults and seniors.
