My clinical work includes, but is not limited to issues of grief, relationships, depression, self-esteem, anxiety and more, among women, adults, and seniors. I provide premarital and marital counseling utilizing the Prepare/Enrich assessment program.
When facing life issues, I believe a person's mental and spiritual health is the life force to achieve wholeness and purpose, achieving a quiet confidence. I offer a holistic approach with a blend of personal and professional experience in a safe environment allowing freedom to express your emotions and to be heard without judgment.
You can look forward to relaxed and insightful sessions as we work together moving you to a place of peace and calm in your life by fortifying your quiet confidence. Sessions are available Sunday thru Thursday, and home visits to the disabled and seniors are offered.
