Life can be really hard sometimes and we can all benefit from getting help and extra support to get through it. My focus is on treating individuals with a variety of life issues and challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, relational conflicts, men's issues, life transitions and anger issues.

In our work together, I will help you work on identifying what your underlying issues are, change your thought patterns and behaviors, and identify skills and strategies to help you improve and make positive changes in your life. My approach is to provide a relaxed environment where you can make these changes. I will meet you where you're at with empathy.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I utilize a strengths-based, compassion-focused, eclectic approach that incorporates a variety of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, attachment based therapies, and mindfulness techniques. Call or email me today to start your journey to healing.
