With 25+ years of experience, I offer care for couples, individuals, teens & children for depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, & more. The central idea of my service is the inherent power within you to heal & change. I utilize a variety of helpful therapies, including emotional support, cognitive therapy, play therapy, DBT, & EMDR.
I am interested in how life experiences shape our thinking, our actions, and our reactions. Conscious and unconscious thoughts and behaviors affect our relationships with ourselves and with others. Biochemistry also plays a role in how we think and feel. I help people sort through these things & move toward healing.
