While I see many wonderful, burned-out mothers and wives, I also have extensive experience with courageous men who also enter the "feeling" space.

Having worked with people who have experienced serious trauma, I believe that people can heal and live full lives. I have worked with people who think that their marriage is over, and with work and commitment, turn the marriage around to become even healthier than it was in the beginning. My clients have struggled with serious marital strife, rape, abuse, depression and various other issues. Over the last twenty plus years, I have seen changes occur when my clients work hard, understanding that change takes time, and with assistance, learn that they can get the life and relationships they want.

I have over 20 years experience helping high school aged teens (14-18), adults, couples & families. My therapy style is friendly and casual. I believe humor is healing & I use it often. My treatment approach involves talking through the issues/concerns, guiding clients towards personal insights/growth, and giving direct feedback/direction. Rainne specializes in addiction and trauma and has been working in the field of psychotherapy since 2003. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist candidate (CSAT-C) through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and is being mentored by Heidi Kinsella. Rainne received her two master’s degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute; one in Counseling Psychology and the other in Depth and Somatic Psychology.
