I utilize techniques such as EMDR, Somatic, Ego State, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems to fit your needs.
I am known to be warm and inviting, while at the same time direct to challenge you to meet your goals.
