Have you drawn your last straw? I work with couples in distress regarding sexual issues, chronic conflict, and diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, or ADHD. My focus in couple therapy is to understand and give space to even the ugliest parts of you and your partner that have been preventing the connection you once felt. As we contextualize parts and patterns in your experience, we can uncover the stuck-ness that is keeping you from feeling the satisfaction and safety you seek. While I see many wonderful, burned-out mothers and wives, I also have extensive experience with courageous men who also enter the "feeling" space.
I primarily operate from a therapeutic model called IFS (Internal Family Systems), which combines mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and an intentional rebalancing of your relationship with yourself and others. I also offer Discernment Counseling for couples considering divorce and seeking clarity on whether or not to work on the relationship/marriage.
