I am a Psychologist and Psychoanalyst with over 30 years of experience working with Individuals. I use an integrative approach from multiple disciplines that best suits the needs of the client and the goals presented. I am very experienced in understanding the anxiety of change, but also learning to dance with it to design the life and work you seek to do.
Our brains are wired for transformation, connection, creativity and play, but this requires practice in reengaging with time and space and slowing down. My training and experience focus on what's holding you back, where you want to be and what's needed to get you there.
