I have my dual masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy which provides me with a wide skillset for clients’ various needs. I am able to build a strong connection to help clients navigate areas of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, goal setting & achievement, and experienced trauma through verbal and art therapy. My focus in creative art therapy encourages clients to explore their creative side and express emotions that might otherwise be difficult to communicate.

My passion is working with children 10yo & under who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, family transitions, grief, & disruptions in attachment. I utilize dance/movement, music, storytelling, play, and art therapies to help children engage in the therapeutic process and heal. Through activities, children are able to freely express emotions and learn to self-soothe using the techniques that naturally help to learn about themselves and the world around them. Parent training & family therapy are also frequently used to support caregivers in responding to children with high emotional needs.
