They see the way things are, and they are no longer satisfied with it. My clients seek understanding, internal peace, and personal growth. They need help clarifying their goals and identifying the methods by which to achieve them. They want to live a life based on their personal values, uninhibited by mental health challenges or relational struggles.

We all face challenges and could use support at times. I offer a safe non-judgmental place, where you can focus on your needs through creative expression. Art therapy integrates psychotherapy (talk therapy) with the creative process to improve and enhance mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages. No prior artistic experience is needed to benefit from the healing power of expressive arts. Art is a universal language of the mind that speaks through images & symbols and allows verbal and beyond-words communication.

I treat an array of ages and psychological issues from anxiety disorder to behavioral challenges with children, adolescents and adults. I am processed oriented and offer skill building strategies to enhance self-awareness and foster positive change.

Currently accepting new clients with availability Mon-Thurs, mornings and early afternoons (my evenings are unfortunately booked!) I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. As a former teacher, I know how challenging it can be to manage a child's behavioral and emotional needs. My specialties include interventions for individuals involved with the child welfare system, child abuse and neglect, mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, school difficulties, and play therapy. My work emphasizes the importance of a compassionate, collaborative, flexible, and holistic approach to healing.

I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and obtained my Bachelors and Masters degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

My work is my passion. I commit wholeheartedly to helping my clients improve the quality of their relationships with others as well as with themselves, to identify and clarify goals, and to provide an environment that will best support this exploration and growth.
