In my practice, I often meet with adults, adolescents, families, and couples who struggle with their feelings, partner or family relationships, finding their place in the society, or just feeling too overwhelmed to deal with everyday life. Inability to cope with these kind of issues over a period of time often results in depression, anxiety or another mental disorder that disrupts healthy lives.
As a psychologist, I can help work through such problems by providing a clinical assessment of the mental state, establishing a treatment plan and working towards client's therapeutic goals. I use CBT and Art Therapy to help cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD, difficult life events, grief, divorce, emotional distress and many other behavioral issues.
My tailored therapeutic counseling is based on building a good relationship with a client and providing a safe and supportive environment to talk openly about the core of the problem. Employing practical techniques, we'll change the thought and behavioral patterns to achieve a mental health balance and learn new skills to cope with challenges in the future.
