About
My work is my passion. I commit wholeheartedly to helping my clients improve the quality of their relationships with others as well as with themselves, to identify and clarify goals, and to provide an environment that will best support this exploration and growth. My therapeutic style is highly collaborative and interactive, and I will work with you to create a customized treatment approach to meet the specific needs that are bringing you to treatment.
I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. My specialties and interests include anxiety (general, social, panic, phobias), depression, trauma, anger, relationship challenges, addiction, transitions, work stress, grief, and loss.
I put forth great effort in building a nonjudgemental, trusting, and safe relationship where clients are able to work on the exploring and letting go of beliefs or patterns that may be determined to be self defeating or limiting. My approach is based on elements of established therapies; IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, and EMDR.
