I am a first generation South Asian American, so I have an inside understanding of what it's like to navigate two cultures and identities, with unique family dynamics and cultural expectations. I am also a parent and understand the difficulties or raising children today. I have a psychodynamic lens and navigate your past doesn't have to affect your future.
