Curious about trying EMDR or Brainspotting? I provide support for individuals and couples with anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, sexual assault healing, infidelity, divorce, and grief and loss. I use a trauma-focused approach that is grounded in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and ecotherapy/nature therapy. I also supplement the work with Narrative Therapy and concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS). For couples, I also use a blend of Gottman, Esther Perel, and PACT-based interventions. I am kink-allied and queer-allied and love supporting members of both communities.
I love to go on walks and hikes with clients in nature (we can do EMDR while moving!) For my clients on telehealth, my platform has a digital whiteboard for brainstorming sessions and I am trained in doing EMDR and Brainspotting on telehealth. I also love doing couples work on telehealth so you can be cozy with your partner in the comfort of your own home.
I have worked in inpatient settings, community care, and at a nonprofit supporting families dealing with intimate partner violence and sexual assault called Saving Grace. If you are curious about my work feel free to reach out for a consultation and ask me questions (there are no bad questions!) It's important to find the therapist that best fits you!
