My work as a therapist focuses on helping individuals and couples strengthen their intimate bonds and assisting those facing sexual challenges in regaining their confidence. The majority of the individuals I work with are in their twenties and thirties, ready to tackle various challenges in their lives, including confidence, trust, relationships, anxiety, women's and men’s issues, body image, sexual concerns, and trauma. In my practice, you'll encounter a welcoming and non-judgmental environment to openly reclaim your pleasure/desires, address anxieties, and prioritize your sexual well-being.
I received my degree in Social Work from Columbia University and am licensed to practice in New York. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples in Crisis (EFT), an intervention that focuses on each partner's emotions in order to prevent negative cycles including anger, blame, criticism or silence, before they begin.
My therapeutic style is casual, and I hope to engage everyone I work with in honest, open, yet challenging conversation. My approach encourages my clients to practice mindfulness and be solution-focused. Reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation today!
