I offer affirming therapy that is grounded in my experience as a sexologist. While individuals vary in their goals of therapy, it is common for people to hit road blocks while navigating their lives. Given our techno-driven world, it is often difficult for individuals to find the space and time to work on themselves. I help my clients discover unhealthy coping mechanisms that may be filling emotional voids and contributing to dissatisfaction in various aspects of their lives. On their path to self-discovery, my clients gain control over their mind and body so they can live life authentically.
It is also common for relationships to hit speed bumps that can have rippling effects on the individuals involved. A struggling relationship can manifest in anger, lies, frustration, shame, recurring fights and silence. Individuals often experience feeling trapped in their relationship that was once filled with love and happiness.
People may choose to come to therapy with their partner(s) to improve communication, resolve conflicts, manage sexual concerns and regain passion.
