I firmly believe positive change is achievable through making personally informed choices. Having the support of a trained professional who can listen critically, challenge existing assumptions, and offer new approaches can make a huge difference. My goal is to help you identify tools and strategies you can use to tackle the challenges you face.
As a therapist with more than twenty-five years of experience, I have helped many people tackle anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive behaviors, grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, deteriorating health, conflicted relationships, and emotions related to legal or financial problems.
Theoretically, I use an eclectic approach focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy. I am an optimistic pragmatist. I believe therapy should feel like a comfortable, productive conversation.
