I specialize in inclusive, trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, & young adults. In our sessions, we will address challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. I use a variety of treatment approaches in my therapeutic practice to include: Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I am very passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and providing all clients with a safe space. I utilize a holistic approach and strive to meet each client wherever they are in their journey, offering empathetic and unwavering support to achieve their personal goals.

I am also the leader of two social groups for ages 6-7 & 9-11 that focus on building social & interpersonal skills, impulse control, and conflict-resolution skills. Social Skills Groups for Ages 6-7
Our group is designed to help members build social skills - including effective communication, personal space, assertiveness, impulse control, and turn-taking. This is an open group & we are currently accepting new members! We strive to create a welcoming and accepting environment for all of the kids to be themselves and practice new skills.

Girls Self-Esteem & Social Skills Group Ages 9-11
A facilitated space for girls to practice communication skills, build healthy peer relationships, and process social and academic demands. The group will explore themes to include assertiveness, confidence, compromise, active listening & positive self-talk.
