Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in the greater Denver area. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and emerging adulthood individuals dealing with trauma anxiety, depression, and various life stressors. I am passionate about a collaborative and behavior-centered approach to therapy. I believe that our minds are our most powerful tool, and that a shift in perspective can lead to great changes in life. I have experience working with those desiring help with issues related to: Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Parenting, Mood management, and Pre- and Postpartum issues.
I have gone through trainings in EMDR, CBT, IFS and DBT. I was originally trained in a system based approach and am able to use my various trainings to adapt to my clients individual needs. Keeping my clients comfortable while still challenging them to grow is important to me.
