During sessions, we will take a look at what difficult stuff has been impacting you and identify what is important to you. Together we will practice new skills and techniques to unhook from the difficult thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way of you living the life you want to live.

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. This will allow an opportunity for you to get to know more about me and my approach without having to book a first session. From there, we can both determine if I am the best fit for you and your needs.
